So I have an oil and gas company looking to lease my mineral rights I just inherited from my mom. Pretty sure I’m being lowballed bad. I can’t find any information on the section of land though. Can anyone help? Township 53 North, Range 75 West Section 2 lots 5 and 6 Section 3 lot 7.

What terms are being offered? Also—that legal is not in Converse County. Can you confirm the legal description?

That’s what they have on the paperwork for the area. They are sending me a new packet with more mineral acres involved. All in all it’s 116 net acres. They are offering 75 an acre on a 5 and 3 year lease.

What is the company? Based on that legal, you should be in Campbell County, not Converse.
