I have 240 acres. 100% interest. There is supposed to be increased activity in the area and I’ve been approached by a couple of outfits that want to buy my mineral rights outright. I know you are never supposed to sell but any idea how I can find out what the current prices per acre to sell are? Thanks.

What is the Township, Range and Sections of the minerals? With that information posted, people will be able to help you.

I own close to 200 acres (NitroFed) area. My renewal is coming at the end of July 2023. Want to get a feel for how much leases are going for. Thanks.
