They were completed Dec/Jan, so public news will come out in about April/May.

You will be able to see the completion report about four-five months after the official completion date on the OCC well records site.
The first production may show up a bit earlier on the OK tax site.

Go to the Public PUN Search, then type in 12 02N 04W in the Search by Legal spot near the bottom. Note that you may have better luck with searching the bottom hole location first as the surface may not be in your acreage. You can also search on the well name which is called “lease name” in the this website.

thank you … we have received again more Notices on the Gentry Wells (Gentry Family) … anyways, continually receiving the Heirs notices on new drilling & not getting anywhere with Continental Division orders… very frustrating. Think I am going to drive to OKC and meet with them & the Judge who I met during my initial trip there to file injunction.

It is quite normal for the Division Orders to not come out until five months after first sales. Looks like first sales were in February, so probably no DOs until July. Save yourself a trip for a bit longer. You do not have to sign a division order in OK. You may be giving away rights if you do. You may use a letter in lieu instead and send in your W-9. Send by certified mail.
Check the Oklahoma Tax site. Some of them are listed now.

thank you Martha again, truly appreciate all you do for everyone here.
I did visit with them & spoke with Delvin Thurman & his mgr. ( I think) Charles Delhotal regarding our mineral rights, Delvin in the meeting they confirmed our Grandmother’s rights are still active & gave us a calculation for 1 of the 18 wells. He also provided me with a form to fill out & send in with death certificate from my father (probate) … 12-3S-4w Stephens county
Rights : .4444448 nma with 3/16ths royalty rate & ;.111111 nma with 1/8th royalty rate…
Not sure how to calculate that exactly, hoping I can get a mathematical equation or process steps.

The decimals in OK are derived from this forumula: net mineral acres/actual spacing acres x royalty x % of perforations in your section. Each horizontal well will have a different lateral length and therefore a different % of perforations. Looks like progress!
