Hello,

I have an interest in Section 4 Township 4 North Range 67 West. Is anyone here involved in activity in that area? I am getting offers and am interested in other’s experiences.

Thank you,

Lynn

Township 4 North Range 67 West 6th PM,

I asked Grok and there seems to be a lot of activity there with potential. As of mid-2025, this area remains highly active, with robust output from horizontal drilling units—expect steady or modestly growing royalties if your setup mirrors local benchmarks.

Permits to the north in 5N-67W by Chevron for horizontal wells. Civitas has permits to the west in 4N-68W. Room for more infill wells in your section, which Chevron already operated with horizontal wells.
