To all,

I stumbled on this website. I am a rancher in Wyoming and was sent a lease form from Cinco Energy Management. Does this outfit drill wells? If not, are they affiliated with an outfit that drills wells?

I’m pretty sure they are just a broker and do not drill wells. They were more than likely contracted on behalf of another company to pick up leases. I would ask them who they are working on behalf of. You can also check the lease itself. It may have the name of the company at the top, next to ‘lessee’.
