Hello,

I currently have a completed probate for a well in Kingfisher County for Chisholm Oil and Gas. Does anyone know a contact number or email address I can send the updated forms to in order to get the payments to be sent to me?

Welcome to the forum. Have you received your division order yet? They usually come out five months after completion. You do not have to sign a division order in OK. But they do want your W-9, so I send in a “letter in lieu of Division Order” instead and attach my W-9. Send by certified mail so that you have a paper trail. You can use the magnifying glass above to search for the term and see a template.
