Just found Unclaimed royalty money from Chickasaw Act of 1902. Grandfather’s family each received 320 acres. His part was 60 acres and Braum’s bought surface in 1980’s but family kept minerals. Money from Native Explorating LLC (299). Now Blackjack Natural Resources. They turned in money. I am trying to get money for heirs (grandchildren) and wondering if any activity on Section 8, Township 5N, Range 2E McClain County around Byars. After this length of time is minerals in Burkett name still active? Thanks
