**What if** the well’s surface location is not exactly on NW ¼, interest and included in spacing order

What CD number? The surface location does not necessarily have to be in the spacing order. The perforations are what matter. Need a bit more context.

That spacing order covers several sections. Which one are you interested in? Please give the complete section, township and range. Do you know the name of the well?

Those wells were within the spacing order.
Elizabeth was completed in May 1981 and produced until March 1982. It’s surface location was in the NE4 of the NW4.
She-She was completed in October 1981 and produced until December 1985. It’s surface location was in the NW4 of the NE4.
There were a total of seven old wells in that section 9.

No, it is just the completion report for the first production from the well. It gives the early test data if you are lucky.
Total production for She-She was 3896 bbls oil and 190,025 mcf gas from the Viola. Total production for Elizabeth was 8968 bbls oil and 17,868 mcf gas from the Viola.
Those totals would be shared with other mineral owners in the section.
