Trying to determine if companies who operate Storage Caverns in Texas are required to have an agreement with the mineral owners?

If the storage cavern requires the production of salt, and you own any interest in the salt, they may owe you money for producing your salt. I am currently handling a lawsuit involving a similar situation.
