Does anyone have an e-mail address for the DO/Revenue department at Casillas? Can’t seem to get them to return phone calls. Asked for my 12% with a certified letter they signed for it 2 weeks ago, no word from them. Also can’t seem to get them to send my ACH breakdown, get the deposit but never send the breakdown.

Casillas posts their statements on EnergyLink. You can sign up for free and get copies of your statements (ACH breakdown.) [www.energylink.com](http://www.energylink.com) They will need an owner number, so if you have an old check, it is on that. Or look at your direct deposit at your bank and see if it is on the scan of the check. If you are new to Casillas, then some patience will be required. Most of the operators are running 30-60 days behind on answering questions.
