We were approached (rushed) for a lease in this area (around Pooleville, OK). We signed the lease, then had the leasing agent back out, 2 months later after disappearing. Is anything going on in this area we should know about? What are lease bonuses and royalties going for, if so? Thanks!

Elizabeth Harris, I’m afraid I’m experiencing the same problem. Who was the leasing company? Mine was with Milestone Oil & Gas.

Had the same problem. Made a good offer of $2,500+1/8th, $2,250+3/16ths, $2,000+20%. Then they said they were “re-evaluating.” Which means they backed out. Mine was MK+P Exploration. Never heard of them. This was for 25, 3S, 1W.
