Ron, that reminds me of a working interest bill we got from a previous operator - every month there was a charge, I believe for $40, for Wilma Poteet’s Cleaning Service.

Ann. Hard to believe, but transportation, pipeline costs and on and on. They are always thinking of ways to cut their costs and transfer those costs to the mineral owners

I’m still waiting. There are 4 sections within a mile of mine that have 8 or 9 wells in progress, then there a 4 other sections within a mile that have 4 wells in progress. There is a well in the section south of ours that is in the Caney formation that the completion report has a 363 bopd with a 15/64 choke. So I am still waiting, have been since last Oct when they finish the drilling pad.

Total Depth.
There are several kinds. Depending upon the context, it can be the total depth drilled which is the Measured Depth. This includes part of the derrick, usually from the Kelly Bushing to the ground level. On a horizontal well this includes the vertical part and the lateral part of the hole. True vertical depth (TVD) is perpendicular to the ground level for whatever point you are interested in.

Citation is getting with it. They have completed and filed reports on 69 wells in Carter Co this year. I think over 40 in Stephens Co.

Has anyone leased to Dale, Avalon, Continental or anyone other than RD Williams anywhere in 4S-1W? What bonus and royalty is being offered? Thank you.

In the past 18 months in surrounding sections, UDX LLC is the only one that leased for more than 3/16. (1/4 in section 25) Christeve Oil, CLR, RD Williams. Looking in the 4S-1W Township, Avalon has a bunch of 1/4 leases but it appears to be mostly sections 17-19.
RD Williams is the only one that has leased in 23 the last 3 years. They assigned the leases to XTO last month.
Sorry, I can’t help you on the bonus amounts.
