Has anyone received offers to lease in Carson County, Texas and know what the going rate is per Net Mineral Acre?

And current rate for Lease Bonus?

Only one lease has been filed in Carson County in the last two years. Back in 2023

How can I find out the terms of that lease? Sorry, I’m fairly new.

It would probably not be relevant now. It was filed in Block 3, sec 198 Abstract 186 for 1/8th. If your section is not within a mile or two, the geology could be very different. Bonus amounts are not public. 1/8th is very low. You could try looking it up on [www.Texasfile.com](http://www.Texasfile.com). The Grantor was Noels Ranch LLC and the Grantee was Red Line.

I have unleased acreage in Carson that is adjacent to producing leases (I also own interest in) but have never received an offer. It had a producer decades ago. If you are able to get a lease will you please post the terms you are able to get? Most of my leases in this area have been producing for 100 years at this point.
