Hi: Have had two “Phone” offers in Caddo County Section 23, 10N, 9W. Camino purchased the rights to the (older - No Production) Moran Well, in this section, and we broke multiple leases based on the 1970 Lease. In 2022 Camino sent us a “Pre Pooling” order low ball offer to lease it back. We turned it down. In early 2025 had another low ball offer from a landsman that I’ll not name. Turned down that low ball offer. Now there have been two (2) “phone” offers to lease this section. One from a Carlisle Court LLC. Previous discussions on this website have tried to find this company with no luck. One mentions Bankrupt. From the Corp Comm website I find many leases written in 2023. Google produces no such company registered with the state of Oklahoma that I can find. Any additional information on Carlisle Court LLC or mineral leases in this section would be helpful.

Most of the filed leases in that section have been with Thunderbird Mutual Resources. One with MK&P. 3/16ths to 22% max. Mach is drilling horizontals a few miles north. Camino also in the area.

We leased 20-10-09, 3/16; $500 an acre in 4/25 with Thunderbird with a total of 6.6667 acres.
