I received a letter from Diversified Energy stating they have acquired my interest in Black Mesa wells in Grady County. When I look up Diversified Energy it states they acquire mature wells, primarily gas wells. The wells went active in the early part of 2024, and I am surprised they are considered mature. As I was told the wells will produce less and less each month, and they have done that, but still producing fairly well in my opinion.

I am wondering why Camino would sell these wells? Is this an indication of poor production in the future?

Thanks for any responses.
