EMERGENCY DRILL PERMIT filed FOR BY DERBY EXPLORATION SEE OCC 201802579, drilling to BEGIN 4/9/2018. Pooling has been filed see 201800960, 201800963, 201800511. 201800964-5-6.
We will need a Scout to scout out this well. One with access to daily drill records and results to determine if this is a good well or a bad one or something in between. If you are a Scout or know of one whom maybe be able to scout out this well please advise and have them contact us.
This well will be drilled and all drilling completed before pooling is ordered and finished.
So we need a scout to advise us on how we should go forward with either leasing our minerals or participating with them or something in between as the well results indicate.
Pooling has been filed see OCC 201800511. http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OAP.aspx
These are Hot Over Pressured North STACK SCORE Play open minerals, for OGL in section 4-14-18 Dewey Co. The last available 26.575 NMA in this section. Book 1715 page 352,3,4. Dewey Co. in the STACK PLAY.
This section has a producing Oil and Gas well the Brown 1 since 1983. Order No. 249771 dated December 9, 1983, but to be effective November 9, 1983, established 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of predominately oil from the Chester common source of supply underlying all of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 14 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma.
As well as being in Oil and gas leases since 1930.
After Robert Hefner of GHK in 1930 discovered oil here in this section. In 2012 before STACK SCOOP was discovered, GHK had a 10 section well drill plan in this area, and section 4 was the 2nd section in their drill plan to be drilled, section 3 was the first see OCC CD 201204278 App. see app pages 7,8 for their drill plan.
GHK had knowledge of this STACK play long before anyone else did. GHK Robert Hefner identified it in 1930. Unfortunately, they had a blowout just prior to start drilling this plan that stopped all of their drilling wells, ever since.

The current drill plan below is a plan that all want to see. This is a 12 section drill plan with our section 4 in the middle of all. These wells will be 1280 spacing with 10,000-foot wells across 2 sections. With us in the middle means they can drill from our section into all 8 sections around us. Which they are sure to do with additional wells.
Well, good question.
Our goal and target were 3000@1/4 my NO Deductions OGL 3yr. However, since Newfield's report of this Now De-Risked North West STACK SCORE Play that has provided returns on par with the Best of STACK, things have heated up quickly. Newfield as well has an extensive 80+ well drill plan this year for this play. With 6 to 18 Wells per section with multiple pay formations in this over-pressured area.
With these being the last only Open and Available minerals in this section and probably in the entire play. As well as 4 oil companies fighting to be the operator in our section. Newfield having the majority of leaseholds. Pooling being filed and probably only 3 weeks from being forced Pooled if we don't lease. With lots of activity with 5 top operators in the area and 3D Seismic Canton imaging underway here by TGS targeting the high potential Mississippian Chester, Osage and Meramec intervals in the heart of the prolific SCOOP/STACK play fairway. http://www.tgs.com/…/TGS_expands_its_2018_onshore_seismic_…/
Our goals and expectations have changed and we are just going to see where it goes now and will choose the best offer provided that works best for all. How far will that go, the sky is the limit. My guess to be on par with Best of STACK 3000 to 6000@1/4.
We also have the opportunity to participate with our acreage as well which is always an option if our goals and expectations are not meet. Which is something we're considering as well.
