I was recently approached by Hawkwood to lease some acreage I own in Brazos County. Was curious to know what others had been offered in the area from Hawkwood from a bonus price perspective.

Any information would certainly help.

We haven’t received any offers yet, but I am curious what bonus and royalty offer you received from Hawkwood here in Brazos County?

20% and $600/acre bonus. I think it’s light.
