We own an undivided interest in property in Northern Borden, Southern Garza County. Our lease ran out a year ago. Has there been recent activity in the area around the area A-1075 A 1420 BLK 2

Here’s the current Railroad Commission map centered on your two surveys. Don’t see anything recently permitted. Looks like the activity is at the south end of Borden County.

If you want to keep tabs on leasing activity go to CourthouseDirect and sign up for their free Lease Alerts. You can set it up to receive emails covering leases recently recorded in Borden, Garza or other counties you’re interested in. You won’t be able to view the full lease in most cases, just the recorded memorandum, but you can follow where leasing is being done and who is involved.
