Judy the last bonus we received was $400 per acre back in 1-16. We currently have had 4 wells drilled in our acreage area by Surge Energy since summer. It really matters where you are located at. I would think that lease bonus prices should be going up especially in the Southwest and South Central part of the County, especially along the Howard County line with current drilling of horizontal wells in the area. Surge Energy has done quite well in Howard County and now testing out the area they hold in Borden.

Hi Judy we got a flat fee of 1,000.00 for less than a quarter acre in Borden County, Texas.

You should receive at least $1,000 per NMA bonus and 25% royalty.
