Boomslang is a “flipper.” They get your minerals under contract, then immediately run to find an actual buyer. If they can’t find a buyer, they won’t have the money to fund it themselves and will leave you high and dry. Be cautious! ---

Never hand over a signed deed without getting paid. If you need to sell, then get multiple offers from at least two-three companies. ---
