Looks like Carrera out of Midland has an order to drill a 20,000’ horizontal well and got a permit yesterday.

I trust you got a lease with good royalty payment terms. Adjacent Sections 30, 31, and 6 should be next.

Area will get hotter once Carrera drills.

How long after drilling does it take a horizontal oil well to start producing?
