# Blaine county - minerals

We are new to this forum and have a few questions, if anyone has some information much appreciated. We have 160 acres of minerals and we got an offer to sell - we were wondering if anyone has knowledge of what the sale worth would be? Section 34 Township 16N Range 10W Blaine County, OK

IMO I wouldn’t sell the minerals.

Gary - That’s a good area of Blaine County. It looks like Newfield has a producing Woodford horizontal well on that section per the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. There is also great Meramec potential there for the future. That first well is only the tip of the iceberg.
