My family and I own over 600 leasehold acres with some shallow wells. We are having trouble taking care of the wells because of our full-time jobs and it’s too much for our father. Any suggestions on the best avenue to sell this interest? It is right along Rt 50 in Ritchie County, West Virginia.

You could call the Windom law offices in Harrisville, Ritchie County. I know they help people sell things like that and help get a fair price.
