My family owns some property under lease but not yet developed in Belmont Cointy, OH near Bellaire and I see quite a few posts about lease terms, per acre bonuses and percentages. My question is about actual outright sale of the property with all rights. What might the range of prices be per acre there? Thanks for any insight.
