Looking for an excellent attorney who will do a free initial consult.
Brother in law has land bank problems and they have garnished some mineral rights.
He lives in Enid but all of the attorneys over there seem to have one thing in common..having a retainer with the land bank!

Its gonna be hard to find a knowledgeable attorney who specializes in minerals that will do a free consult.

Have passed the names on to him,this is a real simple deal,he has the money to pay the land bank with the royalties that are tied up.Just wants to know the attorney cost to represent him in court.
