Dear Lucas, My family uses Lee Armstrong at Cresap & Armstrong, 104 2nd Ave. SW, Sidney, MT 59270, phone (406) 433-7700. Email is [armslaw@midrivers.com](mailto:armslaw@midrivers.com). Our family used Paul Cresap for many years until he retired (he is now deceased). I had Lee Armstrong do our mineral conveyance when my mother passed away and we had to divide up her interest three ways. He was quite reasonable. ---

Just got back our Mineral Deed of Distribution from Armstrong Law Office in Sidney. Don’t know if it’s the same folks or not. I remember my Dad talking about Cresap. Good stories. ---
