Looking at my 2019 assessed value to pay the tax collector on several working natural gas wells in Limestone County, Texas. Can I calculate a ballpark market value by using 3 times each well’s assessed value? And why does the assessed value of $100.00 appear on each well when the website breaks down the value of each well with various amounts?
