# Anyone receive a notice of the Oklahoma class action settlement against Marathon for Underpayment of Royalties?

It turns out that the proposed settlement would underpay class members by about $12 million. Chesapeake Co. is a major class member and they have filed an objection to it. I would be interested in communicating with anyone who recently received a notice about this case.
