Has anyone had any recent offers to buy or lease minerals in Shelby County? One of the companies may have been Mariana Minerals? I am doing research for a NARO project.

Pretty sure that’s the group putting in the brine/lithium plant in Joaquin. May be wanting to drill for that. I’m hearing initial offers for brine leases have been pretty weak…but improving.

I am very interested in this subject. Looking at their website, their aim appears to extract lithium from produced water. Are they attempting to lease from salt water disposal wells?

Truthfully, I get offers to buy my leases about once a month. The different offers are usually from smaller family-size companies and the offers are SUPER LOW.
