I’m in the process of cleaning up title on 1,100 acres here. Has there been any new or significant activity in the county to speak of?

Your question is too vague. There have been over 170 leases filed in the last two years and Wilbarger has 121 active permits. It is more helpful to you and to the forum if you post block, abstract and section to get a more precise answer.
