Has anyone near Hallettsville, Texas (west of town) been contacted by any companies wanting to lease any acreage? The minerals I have had been leased before by EOG (2013) but it expired and I haven’t heard of much activity since then west of Hallettsville. Since natural gas has been forecast to stay high for some time, was wondering if there had been any interest as there are some old gas wells near the minerals I have. Thanks.
