S/2 SW/4 of Section 19, Township 9N, Range 5W. Does anyone know of any activities at this area? New to this and getting it in an inheritance.

Yes, there is quite a bit of activity pending. You may get offers to buy. Slow down and get your probate finished and get clear title. You probably want those royalties instead of selling them. But at least get informed before you make a decision. Pending wells in both the Woodford and Mississippian levels.
You need to file your name with the Grady County county clerk and a copy of the probate listing you as an owner in this section.
You need to contact Roan Resources Division Order group to get into pay status on the existing well(s). They will also need proof of title.
