Anyone know of any recent leasing activity going on in or around Block 44, Sections 18 or 19 (or surrounding areas) in Ector County, Texas? In 2020 I heard that there was a large (about 600 sq. mile) seismic survey taking place in Ector County. Wonder if that is now starting to come into play.

Here’s a link where you can sign up to get free email updates when leases are recorded in Ector County. You’ll need to scan them for ones in the area you are interested in but it’s a great source for information.

Since recorded leases won’t show it, does anyone know what the current bonus and lease rates are in Ector County?
