# Any activity/interest near Sect.12-8S-1E or Sect.13-8S-1E?

We are seeing some activity within a few miles, but never had anyone interested in leasing our minerals. We have an old capped well on our fence line but otherwise have no information about the history of exploration or current activity in our area. We have 75 acres with minerals mostly in Section 13 just off the river. Does anyone have any information about leasing activity in this area?
