# Any Action in Limestone County?

I currently own gas producing mineral rights in the Lenamon-Thurman-Jackson, the Rothermel-Nettles-Miles, the B.J. Raines, the L.K. Lanmon, Paul Rothermel, the J. E. Engram, and the GU Browder units. I have had these leases since 1977. The amount of gas produced and corresponding royalty payments are decreasing. Is this a time to sell after being offered what I consider to be a decent price? I do not live in Texas so my knowledge in suffering. Any input would be helpful.
