Thanks for your patience everyone! I am having a blast researching and learning all I can...This is turning into a hobby for sure. Here is a question I am hoping someone can answer for me. Is it possible to find out if someone sold mineral rights? I am hoping that I can find the answer somewhere online maybe? Thanks for any help!

Ok....I am trying to find out if my mom ever sold any of her mineral rights. if she leased that tract I guess she didn't sell it. Thanks again!!

So I just want to make sure I understand this. If I go to [http://okcountyrecords.com/search.php?county=025](http://okcountyrecords.com/search.php?county=025) and do my research, my moms name doesn't come up. So does that mean that she did not sell her mineral rights? She passed away and never said a word about mineral rights. I am just having such a hard time believing that she didn't sell them if she had them. :-) Thanks again!

Hi Ron, That was the affidavit of heirship that I filed with my siblings. We are still in disbelief that all the sections that the court clerk listed are really ours? I just don't want to get my hopes up...LOL.... does that make sense? She never said a thing about mineral rights and then we find all this...I just want to make sure she didn't sell it all or something. The court clerk listed 5 different tracts I think.
