I received my 1099-MISC from High Road Resources, which was previously American Petroleum Partners. Can anyone tell me why the name change and what’s going on with the company? I visited the website for High Road, only to see a notice, “This website no longer exists.” Anyone else have a lease with them?

They sold their leases to Tug Hill at the end of Aug 2021.
