Wondering if anyone has any experience with this company and how their experience is. I was contacted by them. Thanks for any insight!

It all depends on the amount of royalty acres, the amount offered for a royalty acre, and the legal description. I sold half of my minerals a few years ago and am familiar with pricing since I shopped it around for 9 months or so before settling on a price and a buyer.

Does it list a legal description and your total royalty acres? How much did they offer?
