I am in the process of selling various mineral interests I inherited in Harrison and Rusk Counties in Texas. None of these are very high paying interests and my life needs to be simplified by selling them. It seems that hiring a Landman or oil and gas attorney might be cost prohibitive relative to what I can sell these interests for. Additionally, I now live out of state so that complicates matters more. I would appreciate any tips on what to look for in offers I have been receiving. Thanks in advance.
