My family owns the mineral tracts listed on the Adjoining Owners Table of several permits for natural gas wells in West Virginia. Are we entitled to any compensation from the gas companies? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Probably only get royalties if your acreage is leased or pooled and included in the spacing for the wells.

Is your acreage in the unit on the designation plats, or outside of the unit boundaries?
