# Activity vicinity Lake Electra?

Anyone know of any activity in the area just south of Lake Electra? I have interests in 2 older wells there, Tharp and Cambron B. These are shallow wells by today’s standards, 2000 ft +/-. Royalties from 2011 to 2018 have decreased by 46%. But I just got an offer from Royalty Clearinghouse. Do they know something I have found out about yet?
