just signed a lease in the last 60 days on this land description. just joined this forum. if anyone has info I would be grateful

Nothing but leasing at this time in that section. The 1st Jobe well (vertical) must be performing good enough for EOG in 31-6N-7W that they are drilling 2 horizontals there. That section is adjacent to you@ 11 o'clock.
From the looks of the leases dates, I'd say they need to start on something in the next year.
