They want my 12-13-14 5n13e Rights dont know is 2000 a mineral acher sound right i think it should be higher

Welcome to the forum.  
Trinity has filed for a horizontal well, so that is why you are getting interest to buy. The well is a multi-section well in 12, 13, and 24. Payden 2-24/13/12H. There is also a Payden 3-24/13/12H. Payden 3 has spud. The surface location is in section 24, so all well info will be listed there on the OCC site. [Test](https://imaging.occ.ok.gov/imaging/OGWellRecords.aspx).

With multiple wells coming, you may want to either hang on to your minerals or ask for more.
