What is a reasonable bonus on a 3-year lease at a 25% cost-free royalty?

In this case, “An Affiliate” is a person related by blood, meaning I have been asked to assist this individual in evaluating a lease offer on this individual’s minerals. This affiliate is related vertically to the author of the post.

Lease offer is 25% royalty, and $1,250 bonus. I assume 3-year term. Is that appropriate for this area? Abstract 708.
