Back in February I posted an enquiry on how to obtain a valuation on a small mineral holding in Terry County, Texas. I received a reply from Charles Emery Tooke III who took the trouble to pass my enquiry on to some of his business contacts. While I did not get the answers I wanted to hear, at least I had a very courteous and thoughtful reply from Mr. Tooke which is appreciated. Thank you.

The cost basis thread will be interesting to follow as my minerals accrue from the 1940’s.
