I have several small interests I’m in the process of inheriting. Several being in 9N-7W. Does anyone know the going lease rate for those minerals? I have received a few calls but the offers have been very low.

Depends upon location. The current lease bonus range for Grady County is $105 to $5757 with $1100 being most common. The most common royalty rate is 3/16.
