Have mineral rights in section 19-8n-8w and lease had expired. Family members have been contacted with low ball lease and 1/5. Any other activity/offers?

Looks like in the last 12 there have been a few leases by continental but your on the outside of the core area. I included a map zoomed out of active horizontal wells so you can see the fairway or where most activity is taking place.
Lease bonus amounts are down this year, so lower amounts offered are normal. The clauses of the lease are much more important than the bonus. Generally, the draft lease that is offered needs negotiation to get more into the mineral owners’ favor.
