Have 80 acres that currently arent leased southwest of Jourdanton, TX in the Eagle Ford area. Murphy has a majority of the surrounding acreage and has at least 3 completed horizontal wells within 1 mile. Please contact if you or someone you know may be interested.

Thanks

Your best bet is to contact Murphy directly, if they have everything nearby.

80 acres - it would be definitely worth it for you to enlist one of the 'mineral wizards' here to negotiate on your behalf, so you get 1/4 royalty, & $1000's/ac bonus, etc. 'Settling' for 3/16's or 1/5 could cost you tens of $1000's in the long run . . . . .
