Understand EOG is pooling this section for Hoxbar. Does anyone have any information on this? How long does a pooling order normally last.? I know EOG is drilling all around this section. I assume that the pooling means that they are likely to drill here soon.

Pooling orders generally last for either 180 days or 365 days. They must drill in that time frame or lose the pooling order lease (or pay again for another time period). You can monitor the results through the OCC website.

EOG had a hearing on Nov. 18 to request drilling in Sec. 6 5N-7W.

Vickie

Thanks. I saw that the unit spacing and pooling were recommended for approval. Any idea what EOG will offer for pooling? Our property is leased but curious.

No idea what they are offering for pooling. I am leased to Unit, but I'm getting pooling notices from EOG. Very confusing to me as to whats going on.
