Does anyone have information on the drilling permit application for a horizontal well in these three sections?

16N is not in Grady. It is in Kingfisher.
What sections did you actually want?

It is those slippery fingers. Mine misbehave all the time. The hearing is still pending. The case number is 201810741. That is going to be a long well. Looks like the surface location may be in 4 or they may flip and do 16. Once it is approved, you can track its history on the OCC wellrecords site by looking in the surface location section.
